 Every year in June the IFFA hosts our annual Steak & Lobster Party for the staff, volunteers and family members of the IFD. Lobsters are ordered from, Nova Scotia and flown in live for a lobster boil which takes place outside on an open fire. (Our staff from the Atlantic provinces, making sure that our lobsters are tasty!!!). Steaks are ordered from Alberta (which our staff from the prairie provinces in turn makes sure we have a good selection of triple A Albertan beef). This year the Lobster party will be held on June 16, 2007.
